The majority of people we work with feel this way. It is an all too common struggle to make sure that we are using food as fuel and getting all the nutrients our bodies require for healthy function, especially with a busy schedule.

While this is the most common goal for clients, there can be unexpected side effects, like loose skin behind the arms, on the stomach or thighs.
